At sixteen, an aspiring ghost hunter decided to explore a cemetery in Bloomington, Illinois, that had a reputation for strange activity. Nervous about the visit, she prayed for a sign if she wasn’t supposed to go. Almost immediately, the radio filled with static. Then both cars in the group became stuck outside the cemetery, and their video camera mysteriously stopped working.
But she wasn’t finished with the place. On a later visit, her boyfriend complained of a burning sensation, and she discovered scratches along his side. During a third investigation, another boyfriend began behaving in a frightening, unfamiliar way.
Three visits. Three unsettling experiences. And a cemetery she now refuses to enter again. Was something warning her to stay away—or was her expectation of something sinister influencing everything that happened?
