For Brian, the strange experiences didn’t start in adulthood. According to his family, unusual things had surrounded him since he was very young. But a few of the moments he remembers most clearly happened when he was about nineteen while staying overnight at his aunt’s house in Middle Georgia.
One morning while the house was quiet, he went upstairs to spend a few minutes on the computer. A short time later, he began hearing voices nearby that sounded like a man and a woman arguing. The voices seemed to be coming from his aunt’s bedroom down the hall—a room that should have been locked and empty.
As he leaned closer to try to understand what he was hearing, something happened that immediately changed the situation.
